Shipping Methods

  • All orders require 1-2 business days processing time before shipping.
  • Your “bill to” and “ship to” address must both be within the fifty United States.
  • Orders are shipped USPS which takes 1-5 business days.

Processing and Shipping Guidelines

  • Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (but Remi-D does not warrant or guarantee that orders will be accepted and/or purchased within this timeframe), provided the items are in stock and payment is verified.
  • Remi-D does not process orders during weekends or holidays.
  • Remi-D does not guarantee same day shipping.
  • Remi-D offers shipping options to addresses outside of the fifty United States, please call to process this type of order 954-240-0336.
  • All orders are charged sales tax if applicable.

15-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 15 days of purchase receipt unless noted in product description.* Call us at 954-240-0336 to obtain detailed shipping instructions. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return. In some instances there may be a 10-15 percent restocking fee which will be clearly noted in the product description.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). REMI-D Clinical Skin Care encourages you to send your item with tracking and also prepaid, in the event that your package is lost it proves much easier to recover when sent with tracking numbers. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.

When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. Depending on the bank or card issuer credits can take from 1-5 days once processed.

Missing, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent Return Policy

If an item is missing, damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us by phone or email within 5 days of the purchase receipt so that our customer care specialists can explain what steps need to be taken. After 15 days we will not be able to exchange or refund your order
